About Anna

Anna is a pediatric occupational therapist with over 10 years of experience in clinical treatment and program development. She is licensed in New York State and holds a master’s degree from Columbia University. Anna’s work is informed by a strong background in neurological and medical research.
Anna is passionate about helping children reach their full potential by identifying the root cause of a problem. Often times, families witness how a few specific techniques can lead to improvement across many areas of development. Anna uses evidence based therapeutic treatment approaches, including NDT, DIR floortime, Reflex Integration, Therapeutic Listening, Brain Gym, Functional Training. Anna combines a analysis of movement patterns and underlying neurological components with individualized child- centered interests to achieve her goals. In therapy sessions, Anna seeks to motivate and inspire children by incorporating multisensory learning and creative potentials through art, music, role play, and guided exploration to achieve the child’s goals in engaging ways.
Anna strongly believes in a whole team approach including caregiver/ educator training and analysis of environmental and task demands. Anna works in New York City, Long Island, and Westchester.
